It’s a Sprint: Games Leaving Game Pass March 15th 2025 Edition
Lies of P by NEOWIZ, Round 8 Studio, and Fireshine Games
The Oscars are over!...which means I have one less excuse to not tackle my growing backlog. Filling some of my 2024 cinematic gaps was an enjoyable intermission, but I really need to finish some things.
While I tend to focus on what you need to play NOW in this series of articles, I would be doing my readers a disservice if I didn’t at least mention that Balatro has been added to the Game Pass catalog. If you’ve ever been curious about “that one card game” that was flush with wins at the Game Awards last year, now is your chance. I briefly considered downloading it again to work on achievements–but I really need to finish some things.
I have a problem. I have many problems.

Speaking of my need to finish things…
If you’ve lost all hope that Sony is ever going to do something with Bloodborne, Lies of P is currently your best alternative. I knew its days on the service were numbered when footage of its DLC, Overture, was shown last month. I’m ten hours in, so this will be my primary focus until it’s done. It’s good (but maybe a bit long to polish off in 14 days if you’re just getting started).
If I wrap up my adventures in Krat in time, I might also give Solar Ash a shot. Its playtime is manageable and I enjoy Heart Machine’s art direction.
I’m still working on some game development projects so updates at Tactical Reload could be sparse this week. I’m sure I’ll find something to write about. As for what that something is, it’s going to be a surprise for both of us.
