It’s a Sprint: Games Leaving PlayStation Plus 11/18/24 Edition

Welcome to It’s a Sprint! A series of articles dedicated to informing you what games are about to leave your subscription services.

I feel this is especially useful with PlayStation Plus because without an accessible reminder on the app (or the willpower to scroll to the bottom of the “collections” tab), it’s all too easy to forget that you’re about to lose “free” games. Until one fateful night, you awaken to the pulse of your DualSense, drenched in a cold sweat, and you realize it’s already too late to play a 100+ hour RPG.

Here’s what’s leaving PlayStation Plus on November 18th:

Even with Dino Crisis being added to the catalog (get used to me bringing that up), I would say this qualifies as a brutal month. Regardless of your gaming interests, you’re probably losing  something that you’re at least a little bit curious about.

As for me, I started Blasphemous and Klonoa ages ago and I think I’ve hit the tipping point where it makes more sense to finish them than to cut my losses. What Remains of Edith Finch is short and an easy recommendation if you’ve never experienced it before, Teardown is also fantastic (I reviewed it on my personal site’s blog if you want to know more: nohappyendings.net).

If you’re planning to tackle Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time or every Kingdom Hearts game in the next 30ish days, let me know on Twitter so I can cheer you on (and remind you to drink water–probably during the Gummi Ship segments).
